Yes. If you need an additional dump during your rental, call or text Jackson at (217) 821-7935 for pricing. Additional dump charges depend on the load and service required.
We prefer someone to be present so we can make sure the dumpster is placed exactly where you want it. If you can't be there, just give us clear placement instructions and we'll use our best judgment.
After your dumpster request is confirmed, we can send you a secure invoice. You can pay by ACH bank transfer, credit card, or debit card. Cash or check are also accepted. Any additional charges, such as excess weight or additional service, can be billed after pickup and weighing.
The customer chooses the placement location. Heavy dumpsters can affect soft ground, asphalt or other surfaces, so choose a firm, accessible area whenever possible.
